Ready Made Results

The 'Ready Made Results' Challenge. This is perfect if weight has stalled and you have no idea why or you want a boost to results without much prep.

This 9 day challenge is perfect for anyone who isn't getting results and not sure why. It's slightly lower in calories and all ready made healthy ish food. This is to see if it's your body being stubborn or if your tracking is off. Please remember this is just a 9 day challenge to see if tracking your own calories is the issue so I've made it pretty basic and as easy to follow as possible. If you get to the end and you see results, we can then book in a coaching call where we can go through tracking tips so please don't worry. If you get to the end of this and you know you have been 100% and have seen no weight or inch loss, we can book in a coaching call to make an action plan for you too. Only like for like calorie changes and if your calories have been set way higher, say 1900+ add another healthy snack into the mix to take the days up to around 1600 calories which would still mean you are in a big enough deficit for some slightly faster than usual results.

If you have milk in tea/coffee, measure out 200ml of Semi Skimmed Milk for an extra 100 calories.

Drink water, black coffee or 0 calorie drinks when possible.

You don't need to track, just weigh out your portions.
