Ingredients
300g Pork Shoulder, cut into 3cm chunks
2 Red Peppers
1 Red Onion
Marinade
A few squeezes of fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tsp dried oregano
0.5 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Salt and Pepper
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate for an hour or more.
- Cut the veg up into same size chunks
- Put the meat and veg onto some skewers and grill for around 15 minutes on a medium/high heat until Pork is cooked through.
